Return & Exchange Policy

We encourage our customers to inspect and try all items as soon as they received them, as returns can be made within 30 days of delivery. If you are not sure about the size or color of the product please contact us by WhatsApp or email and we can advise you accordingly. Customers are responsible of the shipping fees of returned or exchanged items.

All items to be returned must be unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with their tags attached, inside their package. Returned items are refunded the amount paid for the products, but shipping fees (if applicable) will not be refunded. Refunds will be rejected for any products arriving back with obvious signs of wear, damages or missing tags and packages. We advise you to contact us by email and send us a photo of the products before returning it.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS:

- Socks, tights, underwear and jewelry cannot be returned for hygiene purposes.

- Custom made or size products cannot be returned as are made according to the measurements you provided us with and that means that no one else will be able to wear it.

- Ready to Ship item: Once the item is already at the post ready to be delivered to you, the order cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive it and then you can decide to either return it or keep it.
